You matter

We all have ideas of what our lives are going to look like. Processing events that veer life off the anticipated course can be difficult. Similarly, the anticipated course does not always feel as we expected it would. 

It is okay to not be okay. It is not okay to suffer.

I have extensive experience in the field of Maternal Mental Health, particularly with obstetrics, postpartum emotional experiences, fertility challenges, supporting a partner during difficult times, and fetal and infant loss. I have worked in healthcare systems, startups, and corporate environments; I sympathize with the stressors related.

Know there is no benefit to internalizing your feelings.

My approach to therapy is supportive and inclusive, and utilizes a myriad of evidence-based practices. I believe that the best results come from motivation and a willingness to participate in one's own process. My training lends a holistic approach to psychology.
